1. The wire should be matched according to the diameter of the inner rope. When the inner rope is twisted, sufficient space should be left between the strands of the outer layer to prevent the inner strands of the stainless steel wire rope from squeezing each other and causing deformation during use.

2. The inner rope should be slightly loose during production. Most stainless steel wire ropes are twisted in layers. If the inner rope is not twisted well, the strands of the inner rope will be loosened when twisting the outer rope. At the same time, because the torsional torque of the outer rope is greater than that of the inner rope, the inner rope should be slightly loose during production.

3. The lay length of the outer rope is larger than that of the inner rope. Change the lay direction of the inner rope and the lay direction of each layer to reduce the lay length of the inner rope. Because the torsional moment of the outer rope is greater than that of the inner rope, the lay direction and lay length of each layer are well controlled, and the inner and outer layers of the stainless steel wire rope will not bulge outward or shrink inward after cutting.

4. Stainless steel wire ropes with the same twist direction, length and strength are produced on the same machine.
